Annual Band Boosters Fundraisers
Here's a listing of fundraising opportunities

Floorco Flooring Fundraiser Floorco, a local flooring company owned by a Centerville parent, has generously offered to do an ongoing fundraiser for us! If you or someone you know is planning to redo any of their flooring, take the flyer found on the website and visit Floorco. The flyer gives you a generous discount. The best part is 10% of the cost of materials will be donated to the band boosters! Go Green and Recycle for the Band We would like to start another fundraising activity that is simple and doesn’t require a lot of effort. Ink cartridges can be recycled for money for the band boosters. In order to start this simple fundraising activity, a chairperson is needed. The chairperson will be the interface with the recycle company and be responsible for monitoring the drop-off box (the recycle company provides it) and sending the ink cartridges in for recycling (again the recycle company takes care of it with minimal effort on our part). If you are willing to chair this activity, please contact Denise Dickson dnsdcksn5@gmail.com or 750-9663. SCRIP second and fourth Monday of each month, unless otherwise stated. There is a Scrip page for more information. Kroger Card Fundraiser: Make sure you have your Kroger card when you shop at Kroger. You pay an initial $5 which is loaded on the Kroger Neighborhood card. You reload the card when it is empty and shop more. Little Caesars' Pizza Kits Fundraiser: Forms were available at Dessert Night. Sell from July 25-August 15. Collect money as you sell. Have checks made out to Centerville Band Boosters (CBB). Turn in forms and money on Aug 16th during practice. Pick up orders Aug 24th at beginning of practice. Parents - PIZZA KITS ARE PERISHABLE!! So, make arrangements to get the pizza kitrs home and delivered ASAP! Each kit you sell earns you money toward reducing your Big Trip Fee. They are extremely easy to sell. And, there are salad kits in there, too. Good Luck and Have Fun!! Dorothy Lane Market will make a donation to the Band at the end of the year all you have to do is go to their website http://www.dorothylane.com/ClubDLM/goodneighborsign-up.html fill in the information: your name, your DLM card number, and the charity number – 732, click submit. It’s that easy! You can also click on the link for the 2010 Good Neighbor Participants pdf, fill it out and turn it in to the store if you prefer. At the end of the year, DLM sends out the checks to the groups listed. CJB will get a percentage of the money you spend there after you spend $500. Get Your Birthday Memorialized Here's your chance
to have your birthday included in the Centerville Jazz
Band calendar. We're collecting names (and $5) from
anyone that wants to have their name added to this
year's calendar. Or maybe you want to let your son,
daughter, friend, co-worker, etc know that you care
enough to share their birthday with all
Centerville/Washington Twp. Attached
is information about how to complete the form.
Forms are due to your area captain at the same time as
your calendar ads - Feb.

We need
people with marketing experience to do things such
as to solicit ads for the trailer.

is very important – we need to get other
money to support the band program so we
can keep our fees down. Remember, it
takes money to keep the various bands
going and doing the activities they do.
